Tenuta Acquaviva, just a few steps from Franciacorta, is a perfect blend of historical elegance and contemporary design: 3 event rooms that can accommodate from 6 to 300 people and 32 rooms and suites.

The main hall, the Jardin d’Hiver, is a structure made of glass and corten-effect steel, spanning 450 sqm, embraced by the walls of a historic Lombard farmhouse. This space is welcoming and bright, ideal for both business moments, sharing, and networking, as well as for conviviality.

A second room, the Spazio Retrò, is a 230 sqm room with large windows, exposed stones, and beams, which can host F&B moments for events at the Jardin d’Hiver, as well as meetings and conventions for up to 50 participants.

Spazio Ortigia is a 60 sqm room for private meetings and business encounters for up to 20 guests.

Completing the offer, there is a large private parking area and a lush park.

Tenuta Acquaviva is easily accessible from the A4 and A35 highways in 10 minutes, and the large parking area can accommodate up to 600 vehicles and buses.
